Websites

A website that is understandable, fast, and remains yours.

I build presentation websites, portfolios, redesigns, and smaller web solutions for people who need a clear online presence without unnecessary dependence on a single platform.

What I can build

Realistic website types

The focus is on presentation websites and practical smaller solutions. Complex e-commerce or enterprise platforms are only quoted individually when they make sense.

Service scope

From design to launch

The website service covers design, implementation, deployment, and handover. Ongoing care or administration is agreed based on what the project actually needs.

New websites and redesigns

One-page and multi-page presentation websites, redesigns of outdated sites, and clearer content structure so visitors can find the important information quickly.

Complete website design

You do not need to arrive with a finished design. Based on brand, content, and audience, I can design structure, layout, colour, typography, and responsive treatment.

Website migration and multilingual content

Useful text and images from an older website can be carried into a cleaner structure without unnecessary dependency on the old platform. Multilingual versions are scoped according to actual content volume.

Content administration where needed

If you need to edit text, images, or galleries yourself, simple administration can be prepared. If not, a static website stays simpler and easier to maintain.

Benefits

Practical foundations instead of promises

Direct cooperation

Brief, questions, and decisions are handled directly with me. There is no extra layer between the person who needs the website and the person designing and implementing it.

Responsive interface

Layouts are prepared for mobile, tablet, and desktop. Important actions, text, and navigation must remain usable on small screens.

Clear ownership

After handover, access, source files, and accounts created for the project should be handed over to the client in an understandable way.

Less unnecessary lock-in

If the project does not need a closed platform, I prefer a simpler solution that can be moved, changed, and maintained without hidden dependencies.

Administration only where useful

Not every website needs a CMS. If the client needs to edit text, galleries, or structured content, administration is designed as part of the scope.

Deployment and technical setup

The build includes deployment, basic security setup, domain handling, redirects, and checks that the website actually works after launch.

Performance and accessibility

The website should be fast, readable, keyboard-operable, and built on a clear structure of headings, links, and forms.

Maintainability

Content, styles, and technical setup are organised so later changes do not require rebuilding the entire website.

Privacy in the design

Forms, analytics, and external scripts are used sparingly. Personal data and enquiry content are not sent to analytics.

Pricing

Indicative website pricing

Every website has a different scope. The prices below are an indicative starting point, not a fixed promise for every project. The final quote is agreed only after content, features, technical state, and responsibilities are clear.

Each package typically includes structure and visual direction, responsive implementation, basic technical SEO, a favicon, social-sharing preview, basic technical and security setup, deployment on a custom domain, and two reasonable revision rounds.

One-page website

from €350

For individuals, small services, events, or a focused online presence.

  • One responsive page
  • Individual visual adaptation
  • Integration of supplied text and images
  • Contact details or a simple contact action

Website Plus

from €950

Suitable when the website needs extended content or functionality.

  • Multilingual content
  • Simple content administration
  • Galleries or structured content
  • Secure forms
  • Custom features or agreed integrations

The final quote depends on text volume, number of pages and languages, administration needs, forms, galleries, integrations, migration of old content, and the condition of an existing website.

Website visual design

For a full website build, visual design is included in the agreed project price. It covers layout, colour, typography, content rhythm, and responsive treatment within the chosen scope.

Standalone website design without implementation: from €300.

Broader visual identity work, a new logo system, multiple independent design directions, or specialised graphic work are quoted individually.

Not automatically included

Domain fees, paid third-party services, professional photography, extensive copywriting, complex e-commerce solutions, paid licences, and long-term management outside the agreed scope.

Additional work

Minor changes after handover are handled by agreement, indicatively €25 / hour. This is not unlimited support or guaranteed emergency availability.

Ongoing care

An optional service for smaller content updates, technical checks, updates of agreed parts, and help with operation. It may start at around €25 / month depending on scope.

Hosting and domain

Basic deployment and technical setup are part of the build. Domain and paid third-party services should be owned by the client and paid at their actual cost.

The website remains yours

After the agreed price is fully paid, the client receives access to the website, source files, and accounts created for the project. Separately licensed components or third-party services are explained in advance.

Handover without unnecessary lock-in

The goal is to avoid tying the website to one supplier. On handover I explain where the website is deployed, what needs to be paid, how common edits work, and what is better left to technical maintenance.

Process

How cooperation works

  1. Initial consultation

You send a short description of the goal, current state, and expected scope. The output is a set of follow-up questions and a first decision on whether the project fits.

  2. Content and project scope

We define pages, language versions, forms, galleries, administration needs, and materials to be supplied. The output is a clear scope of work.

  3. Solution proposal

I prepare the structure, visual direction, and technical approach. The client receives enough context to confirm the direction before development.

  4. Development

The website is built to the agreed scope with responsive layout, basic SEO, accessibility, and required technical setup.

  5. Review and revisions

The client reviews content and functional parts. Agreed revision rounds cover text fixes, small visual adjustments, and factual corrections.

  6. Deployment

The website is deployed to the agreed domain with secure connection, redirects, basic metadata, and a check of the live environment.

  7. Handover and optional support

After completion, I hand over access, source files, and practical guidance for future operation. Ongoing maintenance is optional and agreed separately.

FAQ

Practical questions

How long does a website take?

A smaller website can be finished within a few weeks if materials are ready. Exact timing depends on scope, content, and feedback.

Who owns the website?

After the agreed price is paid, the client should receive access to the website, source files, and accounts created for the project, except separately licensed third-party services.

Can I edit the content?

If included in the brief, the website can have simple administration. Static websites can be updated through agreed maintenance or delivered source files.

Is hosting included?

Basic deployment is part of the project. Domain and paid third-party services are paid at their actual cost.

Can an existing website be redesigned?

Yes, if useful content can be safely carried over and a new scope is agreed.

Will it work on mobile?

Yes, responsive implementation is a baseline requirement.

What materials are needed?

At minimum, website goals, core text, images, or brand materials. If they are not ready, we can agree how to prepare them.

What happens after launch?

The website is handed over with access, and optional ongoing care can continue by agreement.
