Acceptance of these terms
By using the Máni app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What the app is
Máni is a free night-sky watching app for Android, provided "as is", without any warranty.
Accuracy of calculations
The app's astronomical calculations run on its own Mundilfari calculation engine and are built with accuracy in mind. That said, the app is not intended for critical, safety, navigation, or professional scientific use. The developer accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies in the calculations, or for decisions made based on data from the app.
Intellectual property
The app and its content (text, design, calculation engine) are owned by Stanislav Hambalko operating under the name MidgardNet, unless stated otherwise (see the privacy policy for third-party libraries and data). You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Changes and termination
The app may change, be extended, or be updated over time. You can stop using it at any time by simply uninstalling it from your phone.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from using, or being unable to use, the app.
